RankForge provides an SEO rank tracking tool that allows users to monitor keyword rankings, track competitors, and analyze search engine performance. The Service is available through web browsers and may include additional features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

RankForge offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond API limits
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

The Service, including its design, code, content, and features, is the property of RankForge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
